Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
Do you offer supplies?
We sell locks for each tenant if they do not have their own. If you are wanting additional supplies such as different size boxes, tape, bubble wrap, or packing paper you can call our office to place the order and we will deliver the supplies directly to your unit. Need packing services? Our sister company, Tri-Star Moving, offers professional packing services and are fully trained to protect and pack all types of valuables so you can focus on other things.
How do I know what size I need?
We offer a variety of sizes from 5×5 to 10×30. Take a look at our size guide to see what size unit you will need to store your belongings.
5×5– This is equivalent to a standard size closet. This is perfect for stacking boxes/plastic tubs, holiday decorations, smaller furniture, tools, business supplies, etc.
5×10– This is equivalent to a walk-in closet. This is an ideal size for boxes/plastic tubs, bicycles, misc. garage items, mattresses and box springs, or any other furniture. It is a great size unit do declutter your garage or home to become more organized.
10×10– This size unit is perfect for one bedroom apartments or equivalent. You can approximately fit a bedroom set, living room furniture, and a kitchen table and chairs. You will be able to fit 3 rooms worth of furniture in this unit comfortably. This is a great size unit to clear out your house of clutter to get it ready to sell.
10×15– This size unit is perfect for fully furnished smaller homes or apartments with 2 bedrooms. You can fit two bedroom sets, living room furniture, fridge, tables and smaller miscellaneous items.
10×20– This size unit is equivalent to a one-car garage. This can hold appliances such as a fridge, washer and dryer, a couple bedroom sets, dining room sets, couches, bookcases, and other living room furniture. You can also fit smaller items such as boxes, lamps and decorative items that you may have.
10×30– This size unit is the equivalent of a three-to four-bedroom house. You can finally clear out your two-car garage of items that you rarely use. This is also a great size unit if you are wanting temporary storage for renovating your house and need a place to store your belongings.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
How do I know if I need a Climate Controlled Unit?
Climate controlled units are meant to protect your belongings from the outside climate. Warmer weather during the summer months can create damages such as mold, mildew, rust, decay, cracking, fading, melting, and warping. Items that can be affected include but not limited to, wood furniture, antiques, pictures and paintings, electronics, leather furniture, etc.Standard storage units are great for belongings such as tools, toys, outside furniture and other items that are non-temperature sensitive.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Covered Parking: We offer different size parking options for motor vehicles, boats, campers, trailers, and vehicles. There are three different sizes for covered parking. Covered parking is great to keep your vehicles and boats from getting affected by the occasional winter storms, rain, and fading from the sun. These sizes come in 10×30, 15×30, and 15×40. 10×30 is ideal for smaller boats, campers, and vehicles. 15×30 is great for boats and campers that need a little more wiggle room or if you just want to ensure you have ample space between you and the other tenants. 15×40 is perfect for larger RV’s, boats, or 5th wheel campers. There is additional height on these covered units as well.
Smaller Vehicle & Fully Enclosed Parking: We also have fully enclosed, drive-up units for small vehicle parking. You can store your recreational toys such as ATV’s, dirt bikes, jet skis, or motorcycles. These sizes come in 10×10, 10×15, and 10×20. The width of the roll up door is roughly 8 ½ feet. This gives you a comfortable 8 feet in width to be able to pull in.
Non-Covered Parking: We also offer non-covered parking for vehicles, boats, and trailers. This is a standard size of 10×20. This is perfect for business or contract vehicles like delivery trucks and landscapers. Our fully secured facility is designed to allow efficient space for you or your workers to access their vehicles and trailers on a daily basis 24/7.
